Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons on AMC's classic period show Mad Men from 2007-2015. The show received wide acclaim from critics as well as nominations for 6 Emmy awards under the category of the best supporting actress. She has been known in the past two decades for her role in law dramatic Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. She is known for her appearances in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers Prey In Night Egg, American Woman and The Neon Demon. Also, she's performed the voice in animated films like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! It began her career as a model, and went on to model for many years before she made her television debut in the 1999 anthology Undressed. It was her first notable part in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers. After that, she was praised for the part she played in Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be one of the sexiest women on earth and the Best-Looking American Woman of 2010.
